Day of open wooden buildings

The Day of Open Timber Buildings is organized by the Association of Prefab House Suppliers, of which RD Rýmařov, a manufacturing company from the Progresus Group, is also a member. At the event, visitors can view completed and under-construction wooden buildings and learn about trends in the field of renewable development. RD Rýmařov is also expanding to western markets and has an open door for further expansion. Wooden buildings, referred to as ecological houses, are built mainly from wood, which is a renewable, environmentally friendly material. There are different types of wooden buildings such as log cabins, log cabins and sandwich buildings. Log cabins are built from whole logs and various joining methods are used. The log cabins are built from wooden beams and have decorated ceiling beams. Sandwich buildings have a load-bearing wall structure made of wood and are filled with thermal insulation. Wooden buildings can be built in different ways, for example with a Two by Four system or a prefabricated system.
